About this rebuild

Prepared for Community Home Directory Inc. by Neon Sky AI.

This is a demonstration, not the live directory. Every listing here was read from camrosedirectory.ca on 2026-08-26 and loaded into a database — 1,242 businesses, 687 categories, 1,236 phone numbers, 465 websites. Nothing was invented, and nothing here is published to the public web.

What is different from the current site

A search box. One box across names, categories and Google categories. The current site has no search field on any page — the app has search, the website does not, so on the web the category and A–Z listings are the only way in.
Built for a phone. Tap to call, tap for directions, tap for the website. 1,236 numbers are one tap.
It installs. Add it to a home screen and it opens like an app — no App Store, no download, no update to approve.
It works with no signal. The listing index is cached on the device, which matters in the county.
Listings can be claimed. Owners correct their own record; you approve. That is data entry you stop doing.
Every search is counted. What people look for in Camrose, and what they searched for and did not find, becomes a monthly number — the thing an advertiser renews on.

Corrections

Any listing page carries a claim form. Submissions are stored against the listing, not emailed anywhere.
